A : Use of Personal Information
The personal information members provide will be used for the following purpose ;

・Registration, management, and deletion of the members in this service
・Providing this service along with the terms
・Informing the members via e-mails and other ways of communication, regarding to this and other services and merchandises provided by EOL

B : Providing Personal Information to a Third Party
・To provide this service, the provided name, address, date of birth, photos, birth place and other information will be open to other members in the service, except the items members choose not to make open.

C : Delegation
For the purpose written above, EOL may delegate the management of personal information to a third party. When we do so, we will, according to our standard, select a business that manages personal information adequately, and therefore suitable to the management. Then we monitor the management business and maintain the security of your personal information by making a contract of confidentiality with the business.

D : Causions to Inputting Your Personal Information
Some items are required, and others are optional. Please note that some optional items are necessary for the use of certain functions in this service.

E : Exemption
EOL will not be responsible in any of the following cases when a third party obtains personal information ;

・You choose to disclose your personal information using a function in this service or any other means.
・An activity in this service or a post by another member makes it possible, without any intension, to identify who you are.
・A third person obtains your ID, password or any other personal information that recognizes you.

Although EOL does use cookie sometimes, that is for the sake of providing a better service, not for collecting informaiton to identify each member nor for invading your privacy. If you choose not to accept cookie, you can do so by changing the set-up of your browser.

G : Access Log
In this service, the website records information of those who access to it, and the record is called “access log.” It includes IP addresses, host names, the type of the browsers of the users who access, and the dates accessed.
